Quick response adequate service
We needed a multi-functional bathroom fan installed. My husband could not install it because the fan installation had to be completed in the attic and the attic access is small. We had already taken down the existing fan before we realized this. I contacted the company on Monday and they were able to complete the work Tuesday. However, they did not install the multi-functional on/off switch stating the wiring wasn’t sufficient to support the switch. My husband installed the switch when he got home. So it was not a wiring issue. I rated this company a 4 because of the quick response, the fact they performed the work during the COVID19 pandemic, and the major reason we hired them was to do the attic work. I had some upgrades done in my condo. The team at CT responded quickly with a quote plus spent time to talk to me about what I wanted done. Christian, Donny, and Nico were very professional, friendly, and did clean work. I am happy that I discovered them and will contact them for future work. - Maria M.- After searching for a local electrician,I was VERY fortunate to discover Ct Electrical Contracting Solutions.Christian was personally who I dealt with,The OWNER,who was quick to set up a free estimate/diagnosis and stuck to his word,even setting up an earlier appointment.He was friendly ,professional and THOUROUGH.He examined ALL our wiring after I explained our house had to have Knob n Tube removed before we purchased it,which he did reassuring me the job had been done properly.He then examined,tested our Circuit breakers completely before I turned our furnace ON to demonstrate the cause of our concern,a LOUD hum/buzzing noice which seemed to be eminating from our breaker box whenever the furnace kicked on. I was SO relieved when Christian indicated the problem was in fact our DUCTWORK,which he resolved with the proper Duct work tape I was fortunate to have on hand.Result,No CHARGE,Thank heavens for an HONEST reliable contractor NOT out to fleece some customer,He EVEN evaluated some other potential future issues I had questions about before he left. - Professional, Reasonable Pricing The gentleman that came to our home was very professional and well mannered. He explained everything to my Mom.
